Prayer: God our Father, we thank you for giving Mary so much grace that she could become the mother of your Son.  Grant that we may learn from her and welcome you and your Son into our lives.  We ask this through the same Jesus Christ our Lord.  AMEN.

  1. Cross Country - Boys finished 3rd as a team. Teddy Haake was 3rd, Andrew Kastl was 9th, Dominic Kastl was 10th, Vincent Headley was 32nd. The girls team finished 4th. Mayla Sukup was 2nd, Ashley Mendez was 18th, Kya Jansen was 22nd and Julia Liess was 30th. Top finisher in the boys junior high was Leo Haake at 12th. Top finisher in the girls junior high was Natalie Linnaus 7th.    
  1. Football - The varsity lost 34-14 to Bishop Neumann on Friday. The junior varsity won 14-8 over Boone Central last night. 
  1. Volleyball - The varsity went 1-2 at the Scotus Central Catholic Tournament on Saturday, lost to Scotus Catholic in 2 sets, to Pierce in 2 sets and beat Cedar Catholic in 2 sets.
  1. Softball - Norfolk Varsity was 1-2 over the weekend - beat Scottsbluff, lost to Grand Island NW and 
  1. The boys and girls locker rooms: number 1 will be closed by 3:45 for the NECC game that starts at 6 tonight.
  1. Girls golf at Cedar Catholic starting at 4:00 p.m. today, golfers will be dismissed at 1:55 pm
  1. JH football vs Boone Central starting at 4:30 p.m. 
  1. Volleyball at Lutheran High beginning at 5:30 p.m. 
  1. There will be an informational FBLA meeting this Friday, September 11 during 5th period lunch. Anyone who is enrolled in a business class, first or second semester, is able to join as a new member along with past members. This will be an informational meeting, you can decide at the end of the meeting if you'd like to join! Grab your lunch and meet in room 218.
